Having NatHERS certificate IV, we could provide energy efficiency rating assessment for existing or new design residential house. The assessment could either use FirstRate5 software or by BCA “deem to satisfy provision” report.

Application fee is set at $500 for one case. Additional fee will be hourly rate if there is any further requirement.

In term of consultation and sustainable design for energy efficiency, lump sum cost or hourly rate would be applied for each specific task.
